Timothy Stockton has been the President/CEO of CERTON since founding in 2006 to provide innovative Safety-Critical Engineering product certification services to avionics customers. His vision is to establish the archetype for bringing the safest possible software and electronic hardware products to market for a Firm-Fixed cost using CERTON's unique tools, training, proactive management, process awareness, understanding, and execution efficiency.

Christina Dalton

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

 

Christina Dalton has been the CFO and Comptroller of CERTON since 2008. She is an accounting professional with over fifteen years of experience handling all aspects of financial statement preparation. Her primary focus is company profitability and investments to support the continued strong growth CERTON has experienced over the last 5 years.

Shannon Terry has been the Director of Marketing at CERTON since 2009. His focus on creating corporate brand recognition and product development has helped CERTON sustain a continued growth rate of doubling each year since founded in 2006. Shannon has over 10 years experience in marketing and product development in aviation and other industries with direct experience on DO-178B and DO-254 product certification.

Henry Klautsch

Henry Klautsch has been the Director of Commercial Sales since 2009, focusing on driving corporate sales in commercial aviation markets. Henry joins CERTON with over 20 years experience in Systems/Software Engineering and Project Management for the Aerospace and Defense industries. He has extensive experience in DO-178/DO-254 processes for certification of safety critical software and electronic hardware projects. Henry has established many contacts in the industry and has been involved in every stage of the certification process from planning to delivery of DO-178B certified software.

Wallace Everest

Principal Engineer

 

Wallace Everest has been a Principal Engineer at CERTON since 2008. His career began in space physics, designing nuclear instrumentation for a variety of earth sensing and interplanetary spacecraft. As founder of Navray Co, he manufactured flight data recorders for low-earth orbit (LEO) payloads on rockets and the Space Shuttle, including space based telescopes. He has over twelve years experience in the design, implementation, and verification of DO-254 projects; performing as lead engineer on over ten FPGA designs (Levels A, B, and C) for avionics communication, navigation, surveillance, and radar. He also holds a U.S. patent in wireless ranging applications.

Colin Behr

Principal Engineer

 

Colin Behr has been a Principal Engineer at CERTON since 2009. He brings more than 10 years of direct experience in both DO-178B and DO-254 certification for all DAL. His area of expertise is DO-254 and DO-178B process driven airborne electronic hardware and embedded systems prototyping, requirements, and design allowing customers to focus on the implementation of their specific product using CERTON's COTS Hardware (CERTBOARD™) and COTS Software (CERTOS™).

Jonathan Neptune

Corporate Project Manager

 

Jonathan Neptune has been the Corporate Project Manager at CERTON since 2010. He manages and oversees the teams of project managers on CERTON's DO-178B and DO-254 projects reporting directly to the VP/COO. He uses his knowledge of aerospace systems to meet the needs of CERTON's customers on a daily basis. He also uses this background to interact directly with CERTON's engineers on technical aspects of the avionics certification programs.

Dan Rice

Corporate Quality Manager

 

Dan Rice has been the Corporate Quality Manager at CERTON since 2008. He's responsible for CERTON´s certification to the AS9100, ISO9001 and ISO 14001 Standards, reporting directly to the President/CEO. Dan is dedicated to the continual improvement of the organization through CERTON´s Quality Management and Environmental Management Systems as well as companywide promotion of CERTON´s Quality Policy. Dan´s commitment to maintaining quality is second to none.
