Aerospace Industries Associations Organization

CERTON is a proud Associate Member of the Aerospace Industries Association which represents the nation's leading manufacturers and suppliers of civil, military, and business aircraft, helicopters, unmanned aircraft systems, space systems, aircraft engines, missiles, materiel, and related components, equipment, services, and information technology.
The Aerospace Industries Association, founded in 1919 only a few years after the birth of flight, is the premier trade association representing the nation's major aerospace and defense manufacturers.
Today, more than 100 major aerospace and defense companies are members of the association, embodying every high-technology manufacturing segment of the U.S. aerospace and defense industry from commercial aviation and avionics, to manned and unmanned defense systems, to space technologies and satellite communications.
Ohio Aerospace Institute Organization

CERTON had recently become a member of the Ohio Aerospace Institute. OAI's mission is to build Ohio's aerospace economy through research and technology development, education and training, and collaboration and information exchange.
Currently OAI works closely with Ohio's two aerospace-related federal research laboratories (Air Force Research Laboratory in Dayton and NASA Glenn Research Center in Cleveland), Numerous aerospace-related companies with operations in Ohio, e.g., GE Aviation, Parker Hannifin, Goodrich, Lockheed, Timken, and others, and Ohio universities with Ph.D. and research programs in aerospace-related fields, e.g., Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland State University, Air Force Institute of Technology, The Ohio State University, Ohio University, The University of Akron, University of Cincinnati, University of Dayton, The University of Toledo, and Wright State University.
